Castlerahan Community Centre is situated in the rural County Cavan countryside. It is located between Ballyjamesduff, Co. Cavan and Oldcastle Co. Meath, with views of Lough Sheelin and Lough Ramor.
The purpose of the Castlerahan Community Centre is to provide the local community with as many services as possible. Originally starting with a playing field, Nature-walk and Community Hall, additional services have been developed over recent years, with the help of local and government funding.
The building and facilities on site are provided by Castlerahan Community Development, a volunteer committee, that maintains the grounds and building.
